How long we have been in business
We have been in business over 19 years.
Our 20th Anniversary will be May 5, 2025.
We started out in Miami, Manitoba and were there for 7 years.
We have been in Winkler since we moved from Miami.
Who is working at the store
Lori (that's me) is the owner, and you will find me at the store most of the time. I am committed to my customers' needs and strive to provide excellent customer service.
Eva works at the store and she is an important part of our team. Her dedication and positivity help create a fun and happy workplace.
Paul is the co-owner, and he works behind the scenes.

How we ship your package
At this time, we ship via Canada Post.
We will ship your order out once it has processed, usually same day or next business day. (with the exception of Sunday & Monday, as we are closed)
Shipping Info
We offer a flat fee shipping rate of $15 for orders under $100.
We offer free shipping for orders over $150 after discounts and before taxes.
If your order can ship as a small package, the rate will be $5 and shipped regular mail, but with no tracking and no insurance. We are not responsible for this package once it has mailed.
All shipping charges are subject to applicable provincial tax rates.
Pick-Up Option
We have a pick-up option for in-store shopping and online shopping.
If you wish to pick up your order in-store, please choose the pick-up option when checking out.
If you wish to have your order held so you can add more to it at a later date, please choose the pick-up option and leave us a message in the comments section.
Return Policy (Shipped Items)
Please email us within 3 days of receipt of your package if your order arrives damaged.
We will require your order number, tracking number and a photo of the damaged package and/or item(s).
Any package shipped expedited should have coverage through Canada Post.
For any other damage, we will do our very best to work out a satisfactory solution to both parties.
Return Policy (In-store)
All returns must be made within 7 days of purchase.
Product(s) must be new and unopened.
Refunds will be issued as an exchange or store credit.
No returns or exchanges on opened packages, open stock paper/cardstock, markers/pens, stamps/dies, bulk items or sale items.
