Or, in this case, quick and PRETTY!
I know winter is dragging on for many of you, in all it’s horrible, nasty, frigid, wretchedness, so I hope the colors here are a little glimpse of the spring that has to be JUST around the corner!!
The card I want to show you today, uses one of the little bundles of twisted together flower stems, that Lori has in the shop. (They aren’t listed in the online store, but they are available in the $ section – just contact Lori and get her to send you some too!) All I did was fiddle with them to make them lay flat on a card front (well, sort of flat. As flat as a flower bunch can get anyway.) and glue them down.
They come with a tulle bow already tied around them, and I used that just as it was!
I added a Prima stick pin, die cut a scalloped square and cut the center out to make a frame of it, mounted it on a polkadot embossed background with dimensional adhesive and added a stamped, heat embossed banner greeting. I used some POW glitter paper for some extra glam.
Super fast and easy and suitable for any number of card-needy occasions!
Thanks for stopping by today, and I hope you found some inspiration!
Beautiful, Norine!
Love it Norine … quick, simple and elegant.
Lovely!!!
What a great way to spiff up a card and do it quickly! TFS!
