Welcome to fall my favorite time of year! The crisp air the beautiful colors how can you not love this season?!
I know you’ve all seen the weekly delivery of new goodies Lori has been getting into the shop……..oh my so many fun new items!! Today I’m highlighting products from Stamperia!!
Using resin and Stamperia’s A4 Size Frames mould I started by making these frames, aren’t they gorgeous?!
Then I made these pieces, also using resin and Stamperia’s A4 Heart and Wings mould, again how can you not love these?! Even just the plain resin makes these look so gorgeous!
Before painting the resin pieces I used gesso to prime them so that they would take the paint easier. I used multiple different acrylic paints to color all the resin pieces, highlighting some of the details with contrasting colors of paint or wax.
I don’t even have the words to describe how amazing these moulds are and the gorgeous pieces you can make to custom fit any project you make!
The main base of this project is a scrap piece of 2×4 lumber I snatched up from my husband’s stash. I covered it in some of Stamperia’s pattern paper from their Clockwise line. Lori has brought in so many of their amazing paper lines, there’s something for everyone!!
And yes I decorated the back using more of those fabulous moulds!! I couldn’t resist making this a fully 3D home decor project!
Look at the details on that frame, and how cute is the little heart?!
On the top, I used this aged doorknob that I’ve been holding onto for many years since we tore down our old garage. The natural patina on this knob was my inspiration for the color I used on the frames!
Thank you for joining me today, I hope I’ve shown you one way you can use these new Stamperia moulds, inspiring you to try them too!!
Be safe, keep crafting……art is therapy for the soul!
