“You call it an empty nest. I call it more crafting space!” Have you seen that quote? Except that I try to keep my junk confined to one area, that would be me! There are too many positives to mourn the fledglings that have flown off. Now, I would like it if they all lived a bit closer, but I like that they’re all growing into responsible, mature adults and this layout today kind of a tribute to that.
I used paper and chipboard embellishments and puffy stickers from the Crate Paper, Wonder line. There are some very cool embellishments in this line that I think you’ll love! The line of houses at the top is fussy cut from one of the papers in that line. As well, I used some Elle’s Studio tags, FabScraps chipboard birds on a wire, washi tape from WeR Memory Keepers and the big corrugated sticker alphas from Making Memories. All from deep in the stash basket.
I totally bought that house paper for the cool wood design on the back, but….you see where it ended up.
