Is there anyone alive who wasn’t a little kid once and heard this sung to them as often as a lullaby? Probably not is my guess! When I created this chipboard design, it was with just such photos as these in mind! And there are lots more where these came from. So I’m probably going to need several more of this Lasered Edge chipboard title design! Isn’t he the cutest little bubba trying to fit into a camper sink for his bath?? Melts me.
I started with the Jillibean Soup placemats like THIS, and decided to fill in the background circles with assorted patterned papers that coordinated. I was loosely trying to stick to a grey/yellow/blue color scheme. Then I decided to take a risk and pop up the placemats above the patterned circles! Because that’s how I roll. I also swim right after eating!
I painted the chipboard grey….which yes, I appreciate the irony….you make me happy when skies are grey…. Oh well, *shrug*. It matched the color scheme and I wasn’t going to mess with that!
I typed out a few lines of journaling text on my antique typewriter, cut them into strips and tucked some into the circles. Other embellishments include a dotted badge, a Pink Paislee watercolor butterfly and some randomly splattered Mr Huey white ink/paint.
Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day wherever you are!
